Help!! Original X-Men Art question

I have page 2 of Uncanny 176 by JRJR, and I have an offer to buy. I don't, however, have ANY idea what it's worth. It was given to me as payment for helping clear out an LCS Warehouse in, like, '97. It has a price pencilled on the back of $45 and is signed by the inker... who I don't remember at the moment...

Any ideas on this? Does $50 sound fair?

It has been stored in plastic in the bottom of my briefcase since I first got it. Thanks for any help...

I would simply put it up on Ebay and await the bids

JR JR stuff sells fairly briskly, so i'd hypothesize the price round $200.00??? perhaps more.

geez... that's WAY more than I expected it would be worth... thanks for the heads up. If I get anywhere near that for it, a donation is going somewhere other than my pocket...
