A frigging bargain, if you ask me. And...it's so nice to have a stack of 10 key books sitting in front of you.

Interesting Zeph, I just picked up a 10 issue lot of NM/M #407's and 5 #429's in the same condition for a buck a piece. Any time I can find nm/m Batman's, 440 and below, I load up.

It's difficult to find these issues in nm condition due to years of handling and because they are from the pre-cgc era. Good score on the 404's.

SUHWEET! I love Year Ones for $1...I've picked up tons of parts 2-4 that way, but VERY few 404s. I once got 9 #429's in NM for $1 each...I mean, come ON! That's 25 cents over COVER, for part of one of the hottest series EVER! That's just dumb.

Mmmmmmm....I don't agree. I think anything past 1980 is a cinch to find in NM, and no one should settle for less, unless it's dirt cheap (read: 25 cents or less.)
