AI art in comic books

Post by Phantom »

Before I write to much, I did see a facebook post about Alien Valiant hiring AI composer for comics. Well I thought I did.

ANYWAY.

Does anyone here have experience using AI? I have never bothered with it
Also specifically, AI generated art based on a story - to be produced as a comic.

I listen to many podcasts, one has a funny story than ran through a few episodes. Just a crazy silly story, but super fun. Anyway, I thought it would be fun to change to a readable comic format using AI art made by computers.

Does anyone use AI generated artwork here, and recommend a package?
May try with free versions of a product, but if anyone can recommend AI generated art for comic books that they use, It would be helpful.

I wish their was a Spinal Tap comic, and I had a copy CGC graded at 11.

Before this misinformation keeps getting spread, it wasn't for comic books, it was for video. It had no relation to comics nor Alien Books.

Sorry, just saw it briefly while scrolling past.
Apologies to Alien. Did not mean to spread misinformation.

Hope it does not derail thread from the first post

Extremely glad to read that it is not for the comics. But, on the flip slide make you wonder what it could be use for in a “video”? Cartoon/movie/game/commerical?

It was for something internal, not for public release. My understanding is that it was for a pitch.
