NOTE #2: Greg owns four raw copies of this book. There are five graded copies in the census (four Universal and one Signature Series). This confirms at least NINE known copies.

Ok… I’ll bark up another tree….
The 2013 Shadowman issue #10 Rossmo 1:25 variant doesn’t seem to be for sale anywhere. Why? Is it that rare… or are they all being hoarded?

As far as I know…. There are no first appearances in this issue that would make it a sleeper….Correct? What am I missing here?

A 9.6 was just sold for less than $60 one week ago. 1 bid only.

No first appearance but (initial) origin of the Shadow Loa revealed and widely considered one of the best SM issues by Justin Jordan (and VEI).

I own a NM raw copy, and a 9.8-Only 2 on Census…

My understanding is that much of Shadowman vol 5 was made in low-print run which declined significantly over the course of the series (Diggle's book). Is that true?

Too bad for me. I gave up the Valiant variants back when issue 8 of that series was released and then ultimately issue 13 was the last one I bought at all.

I don't begrudge any of these having real value though - I hope they do. But I do remember that ten or eleven years ago the variants being pumped out got tiresome very, very quickly.
