Good for Valiant. I am glad that Valiant and Eternity get this kind of recognition.

Maybe it is just an artifact of the era I am from here on this board, but my first reaction looking at that is to think it looks like one of those old recommendations from Wizard and then to ask myself where most of those comics featured in Wizard magazine are now.

I wanted this book the day it came out but saw it for around $100 on eBay. I told myself, "just wait a couple weeks, it will go down after a few more books start popping up." Huge miss on that one.

I generally pre-order my books on DCBS, but this one was already unavailable when I put my order in for that month, so I figured that it was going to be in demend when released.

A little tip; the 1:20 Quantum & Woody! chase foil variant was dropped from the books that were available for #1 while the 1:50 was still available. That tells me that pre-orders for those books were high and are going to be in demand as well.
