Deluxe Edition Question?
What's happened to 4001 AD Deluxe 1 HC? I pre-ordered it in January on Amazon and release date was noted as March, then in February that changed to April, then come March it was pushed to July and since late April indicates no date for release. Is it that it sold out before Amazon got it, or has publication been delayed? If the latter, have Valiant provided an estimate of when it is likely to be available for purchase?

Re: Deluxe Edition Question?
It's been stated here before, Amazon does a ton of Pre-Ordering with a very loose release date. I want to say I've heard some things regarding the HC release, but I am not 100% sure about it.jrnewto wrote:What's happened to 4001 AD Deluxe 1 HC? Bottom line, don't trust Amazon for release info, check the Valiant web page or follow them on Twitter. More news hits there than anywhere else

Re: Deluxe Edition Question?
The Valiant web page said 25 April 2017 but other websites including not just Amazon, but Fishpond, MyComicShop and others also note it is not available/ in stock and nothing shows up on eBay either!?TheeBaldMoose wrote:Bottom line, don't trust Amazon for release info, check the Valiant web page or follow them on Twitter. Re: Deluxe Edition Question?
It hasn't been released yet. The deluxe hardcovers typically get delayed.
Alone, listless, breakfast table in an otherwise empty room.

Is Life and Death of Toyo Harada getting released in this format?

Re: Deluxe Edition Question?
Holy smokes the last post in this thread before yours there was five and a half years ago....
I was all-in on the deluxe editions for some time but I don't think I've bought one maybe since the X-O reboot that had the yellow trade-dress that many of us ordered here through Dave. I don't even know what Deluxe editions have been released since that time or if they even still have the same art direction on the shelf.

Re: Deluxe Edition Question?
I have all of the Deluxe Edition HC’s and I have not seen any solicitations to release this book in a deluxe HC. They did issue a TPB, but they would have to collect it with more issues, such as Harbinger Omegas, to make it work.

Re: Deluxe Edition Question?
Perhaps if Dinesh successfully buys back the company, we'll finally see a deluxe edition
