I checked the guest list and Steve Engelhart (early X-O and Shadowman) and Mike Zeck (Bloodshot Last Stand) will be there. I emailed Steve and he said he will only be there on Sunday.

I just cancelled a work trip that would allow me to do this. Have to check with the wife. Sacramento is not a short drive for me (2 hours), but with Valiant artists there, might make it worth my while!

It's about 2 hrs for me too. I don't think Englehart does many shows (though he's scheduled to appear at San Francisco Comic Con later in Sep), so I will try to make it.

That's a cool bio but 5 1/2 hour drive is too much for me with the other cons going on. Hope you guys go and get some good stories!

I saw Mike Zeck at a con down here. Nice guy but he does charge $5 per autograph.

Didn't realize Michael Golden did the cover of Turok Hunted 1. Last time I saw Michael Golden at a con, I had him sign the VEI A&A hardcover which he did the new cover for.

Just got confirmation that Englehart will be there Sat (afternoon) and Sun.

Not only will I be there Sunday, they just yesterday did some rearranging and I’ll be there Saturday afternoon as well - starting with a Q&A at noon Saturday. Just in case that makes things easier for you.
