Deluxe Editions in OHC format--tracking the VEI years

Since this format is the current most prestigious one we have I thought we might list them and add to this going forward. Seeing as how VEI seems to be willing to publish in this format for smaller run fare as of late, 4/5issue books vs 10-14issue collected editions.

I would be willing to go Eternal Warrior, collect Pak's run and the Fist/Steel 3 issue mini, toss in the Unity #17 solo tale for 12 issues.
Also nice would be a Doctor Mirage Deluxe, perhaps after the latest mini series, giving that volume 9 issues. I'd have preferred they do this with Divinity as well since his second mini is forthcoming.

I did let Shadowman slip my mind, that would indeed make a solid vol.2 I agree!!
