Free Graders notes from CGC

Post by Intrepidxc »

Just saw this post over on Collector's Society boards. I guess CBCS has forced CGC to offer free graders notes.

http://boards.collectors-society.com/ub ... w=1#UNREAD" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

:high-five: for competition!

I think this is a great move on CGCs part. It's easy and it takes away from the competitive advantages that CBCS offers. Now it's that much harder to justify going to CBCS over CGC.

This is awesome. They seem to do it only for anything below a 9.8.

A few examples:

Harbinger 1 9.6 (Left Bottom Front Cover Lite Scuff, Left Top Back Cover Bend)

Giant Size X-Men 1 9.2 (Bottom Spine Small Tear
Right Bottom Front Cover Small Crease
Spine Stress Lines)

I never had anything graded. You mean before this, they DIDN'T tell you what issues they found in your book? Sheesh, how hard is that, why leave it a mystery.
