Just an FYI... there is only one version of Star Trek #1 (Gold Key)

They all have Kirk photo on the back.
Whomever originally said there were two versions was wrong, they assumed a second version existed for #1, but it doesn't.
Unfortunately, the years of wrong info in Overstreet and inconsistent labelling by CGC keeps the misinformation going.

I know where there is a Star Trek number one. It had a little chip from the bottom right corner of the front cover. Price seemed okay for low to mid grade. Only problem is I'm in Australia. I can hook you up with the retailer though if you wanna chat about it? My recommendation is free of charge. Lemme know.

Not all of them, but I do have a handfull; mostly retailer variants like the Hastings, Midtown, Paradise, and Yesteryear. Also the 1:30 Sears. Initially had a 1:200 Adams in the pile, but after a rescreen, I didn't send it. Needless to say, I wasn't as confident in my original 9.8 pre-screen; if I'd gone ahead and submitted it, it'd be a lock for a 9.6, but as you know, I don't submit books to garner 9.6's.
