Managed to find it at Forbidden Planet in NYC!!!!!!

This morning (12/16), I get an email from VEI Operations Coordinator Robert Meyers:

Hi Mark,
Just wanted to say congratulations on the finding the #unitygoldenticket book! We will be in touch soon with the details of the prize soon.

Robert

This is going to be a long 10 month!!!

8/27 - Just got the email with a copy of the paperwork to look over while they send it via mail.

So, how much is a 1 out of 5 issue worth? Forget about the prize, and everything that goes with it.... there are only 5 comics on the planet with a "golden ticket". What's the value of one of those?

I guess it sucks I don't go there any more. Since they moved across the street a long
Time ago they aren't so interesting any more. Even the strand book
Store looks a lot like a regular commercial bookstore now. Congratulations.

But it's not 1 out of 5, because there's a golden ticket for each of the Pullboxes. So there are 5 one-of-a-kind items. As for how much it's worth, as with anything, it's worth what someone else is willing to pay for it (or how much someone is willing to let it go for). Since each of these are the only ones in existence, I guess it all depends on how deep the pockets are of the richest completist.
