I got the Harbinger and XO hardcover collections as well as the Star Wars Blu-Rays. Santa Claus left me, my gf and her son some of the Ultimate FX lightsabers. Got some cool book ends to hold my Valiant TPB collection. Awaiting the A&A hardcover as well.

Oh, and over $1000 in credit card debt for being Santa this year.

Sucks about the power, Greg.

I had a post earlier about the sweet Harbinger art sonicdan had Lewis LaRosa create for me. He also gave me several several variant covers that I had wanted. And a bass guitar :cloud9:

My little girl created all sorts of art, including making me my own binoculars out of the cardboard from TP rolls. :) My son set me on a scavenger hunt. No prize at the end - the hunt was the gift. (Droll little guy.)

A very sweet Christmas. I am fortunate, indeed.

I got my monthly shipment of Valiant comics from Paradise's store! :cloud9:

They were nice enough to send it early before the holidays and the end of the month since there was no more Valiant titles to come out this month.

A derby by Stetson. Very nice hat, like the one that I used to wear when I was a teen.

A CGC 4.5 slabbed issue of The Avengers #5. My wife finally overcame her fear of buying me comics, it seems. I had the item on my wish list but I wasn't expecting the slab; it's an awesome gift but I'm frustrated that I can't read it.

An Otterbox for my Droid Razr HD Maxx.

Mini RC helicopter. This year I specifically asked for fun and/or personal stuff becuase last year I got anodized cookware (I do all the cooking). Nice cookware but it's kinda like getting a mop. :lol:

:lol: I hear that! I did much the same as you, jmatt - last year I basically got a ton of clothing from everyone, most of which didn't fit or wasn't really my style. I appreciated the thought, as always, but this year I specifically asked my wife to get me more geeky fun stuff, and she did great by spreading the word to immediate family.

I had a good laugh when I saw my stocking - front and centre sticking out it was a magazine simply entitled 'geek'. Anybody here ever heard of it?

I also got;
- An old Super Nintendo Legend of Zelda game
- A cool Star Wars & a really cool Goonies t-shirt
- A Walking Dead figurine of the Well Zombie from the tv show (hand picked by my 9yr old nephew - we had fun pulling it apart to look at the dangly guts inside)
- gift cards for Best Buy & my LCS!
- 3[!!] PS3 games - Doom 3 BFG edition, Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare & Armored Core 5.
I seriously try hard not to waste time playing viddy games these days as I prefer to spend my free time on my illustration/design work... But this was a good haul, it'll be tough to resist play-time!!
I like to draw stuff... http://grendeljd.deviantart.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

My wife likes to draw stuff too, and she is better than me! [I'm very proud of her]... https://www.facebook.com/pages/Sara-Dec ... ref=stream" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Since I was a kid I always hated getting clothes. Christmas is for extravagances, things I wouldn't spend money on for myself. I can come home with new shirts and pants from the store and my wife wouldn't bat an eye. But if I came home with a Stetson or an RC helicopter for myself, she'd think it was odd.

So I'll dress myself, you just get me fun stuff for Christmas!
