That's definitely a 1st edition base set pack, which is what is shown in the linked auction. If you list it make sure u denote the 1st edition as opposed to "unlimited". It's not Fossil as they had Aerodactyl on the packs. I had no idea these had shot up so much, I may be listing some of my old Poke cards to support my Valiant habit!

Awesome! I think I paid $11 for it on Ebay in 1999 to 2000 because all the kids were talking about was Pokemon and I figured I could put it back and it might be worth something someday.

True story:

Back in the day I bragged about my magical ability to pull out chase cards, my friends called bs so I dug into a box at a store pulled out 1 pack, bought it and inside was the special Charizard card which was like a $25 card at the time. They all fell over.
