What did you pay for Magnus #0?
I just got my copy of Magnus #0 in yesterday from a lot I purchased on eBay. I've had my eye on this particular comic for awhile, but it's hard to find a copy with a reasonable price on it. I've let it slip away from me a couple of times, mainly from getting outbid on an auction while I was working, haha!
Anyway, the lot I purchased was $35 (including shipping) for Magnus #s 0,3,4, and 5. Not the best price, but definitely not the worst I've seen. The thing about it is that I already had all the other issues (and some of them I already have twice!), so I basically paid $35 for #0, which is the most I've ever paid for a comic book.
Anyway, what kind of steals have some of you managed to find on this little gem, or some other rarities, like Harbinger #0?

You should have tried to buy a Magnus #0 from someone here on the boards. I know I would been able to sell you one for much less than $35.Jersen wrote:I just got my copy of Magnus #0 in yesterday from a lot I purchased on eBay. If I remember, I found one in the wild for a good price.
I have gotten some great deals over the years. Shadowman Glow for $4, an Acclaim Valiant Heroes for $4. There are a bunch others.
I did also get a CEAR for .50.
But it has been a long while since I have gotten any Valiant deals. Maybe I am due.
But I agree with Bro J, the best deals on Valiant books are on the boards.
