San Diego Comic Con 7/23-26

Anybody going to San Diego Comic Con on July 23-26. I just found out that I am going to be in San Diego for a wedding during this time. I am probably going to go for a day or two by myself, as my girlfriend and her family are not interested. If anybody is going to be there let me know. It would be nice to meet some people from the board.

If I can land a press pass I'll probably go for day or two and then spend some time roaming San Diego.

I just found out that I have been bought a 4-day pass as a gift, and I have a free place to stay in San Diego. All I need to do is scramble to get an airline ticket (look for some sale threads from me later).

This will be my FIRST time! Even when I lived in CA I could never afford it. Now, after 25 years of being in the hobby, I will finally reach Nirvana!

Wow, that is insane! I can't believe it's sold out for 4-day before hotels even go up. I have always bought my 4 day much later than this. I wonder if they cut down the # of 4 day tix to maximize $$$???

Soooooooooo annoyed that I didn't keep a better eye on this. How much was the 4 day anyways? I didn't even get around to looking yet!

Someone else will have to answer that. I only bother to go on Saturday. I saw the thing about 4 day on the news this morning so I figured I'd post it. 'Sold out in record time' they said.

I think it was like $75 last year ....

I will probably cut Friday or Sunday out of the mix since I have to buy individually now. Probably Friday, since the better deals are on Sunday. Only go 2 days instead of 3 .... oh well, saves me money

One less membership day, 1 less day to blow money. Thanks SDCC!

It was the same unless you are a Sr or military. I am looking forward to the Preview Night.
