CGC adds Solar, Eternal Warrior & Bloodshot to Registry

The list for new sets for 2009 is out and several Valiant titles are right at the top of the list. I would expect to see all three of these before JUne when the next Registry Awards are given out.

Thats good stuff, it will give a bit more exposure to the micro world of collecting Valiant CGC titles.

Was X-O manowar listed?

Thanks. I just added my X-O set but the same book has different scores in the Pre-Unity set versus the X-O set. For example, X-O #1 is worth 80 pts in the Pre-Unity set but only 64 pts in the X-O set.

Why? Is there goal to have every comic out there as a registry set at some point?

On a side note. I am after a certain book on ebay but the seller will not ship it to me without much difficulty. Anyone willing to help me out? It is a hundred buck book plus shipping to states then added shipping to get it sent to myself.

I would hope to see all the core Valiant tites added to the Registry over the next couple years. They still need Magnus, Rai, Shadowman and Eternal Warrior.

Looks like they also adjusted some scores as everyone is pretty much down by 5 pts on Variant set (X-O Pink from the looks of it)

Wow, I'm just looking at these sets for the first time.

I have to feel I am going to be ahead on most of them after everyone takes the time to enter their books. Although Mr. Au may be very close.

I'm torn between shame and pride over this realization!

I'm going to be swapping out the CGC bags on my slabs for ones with flaps that close. That's probably as good a time to do it as any.
