I got one . . I was kind of *SQUEE* . . .
Harbinger 1 got a mention with picture . . but should have been higher on the list . . Mag 0 I think was the only other valiant book . . I just skimmed it though . .
Shooter got a mention as a Rebel that affected the industry on a sidebar . . .
But in the "Moments that shook the comics world from 1990 to 2000 there was no mention of Valiant at all . . they were the #3 effing company and the hottest thing around for a while . . .

X-O was mentioned as part of 'when Marvel tried to buy the copyrights to the letter 'X', more so, any title starting with 'X' as they had 'X-Men, X-Factor etc' so there was an attempt to stop the 'X-O Manowar' issue from being published.siren3-4 wrote:I'll have to take a closer look . . which X-O issue was mentioned ?Knightt wrote:Harbinger, Magnus and X-O Manowar was mentioned and there was a drawing of Solar in a collage piece on one of the pages as well as a small article on Jim Shooter.

Wizard is pointless old toss and i just wish they would disappear and be replaced by some people who care about comics, not the $$ they can make out of the comics industry by taking hyperbole with whoever chooses to bed with them.Fanboy375 wrote:WIZARD IS EVIL...but unfortunaltely a necessary evil for communicating to the masses.

I think in general a replacement for what wizard did for the whole recent hot book crowd etc is the need. Without the BS.
CBG doesnt do the whole salivating fanboy thing.
