Scanning help

Post by TKWill »

Does anyone know how to clean up the images on these scans. I don't know how to describe what is going on other than to say when scanned the image has a blotch pattern. I know this is a problem that has been mentioned before, any ideas? This is easily seen on this one in the gun blast.

Bump up your DPI settings while scanning will help stop this problem.
Scan at 300 DPI and I bet that will correct the problem. :thumb:

I hope no one counterfeited this book.

Here is my scan of the book. Scanned it in Photoshop on a 300dpi setting.
Saved it at 500x760 pixel size.
