My First Submission!

A friend of mine was going to a Todd McFarlane signing and I was racking my brain for something to get done when it occurred to me that I had a Spider-Man #1 Platinum stashed somewhere. At the absolute very last minute, I found the book and got it to him. I honestly expected a 9.2 or 9.4 at the outside, but what I got was this......

Having seen several of these signed on the front cover and rarely being able to find the signature, I decided to have mine done on the back. It has a cool pic of Spidey and lots of blank space. So without further adieu.....

Thanks everybody! I think I got lucky.

I wish I could take credit for the blue pen, I asked for silver, blue is what I got....but dang if it doesn't work!

Wow, Todd really came through on that one. An *excellent* book to have to show off.

That's true, but I'd rather have one 9.6 than a couple 8.0s. :P

Sweet book! The idea to sign on the back was genius :P I'll never understand how they grade the back cover of this book though. I've seen so many 9.6's with "streaky" back covers.

A standard 9.6 goes for a solid $300.00 over the past 6 months. S.S. will prob go for $400 but maybe more because its signed on the back.

I'm not into signature books but its appealing with this one because its signed on the back. If you do decide to sell, lemme know
