They're finite, they're cheap, they're dead and they are ours.

It's sad to read that with as many people as are out there saying the same thing about Valiant. You might just be surprised how many good DUs are out there.

Have a really big bon fire to celebrate finishing your collection... party a little too hard... trip into the fire while dancing around it with you entire collection... be lucky enough to be pulled out just in time... but your comics... not so luck... start over.
...was that one, really long run-on sentence?

Spend more money getting your collection 'bound'
And then hit all the LCS gathering up as many important issues as you can just to have them and hoard them and..and.. well, that will never end.
Or at least that is my plan

You really need to check out CrossGen. I never read them when published, but the stuff was fabulous --- a shame the market was too saturated to support them.

And then you can also be a distributor to the new (and old) dudes that come on this site.....
It's the way that it is done.
There is a rich history of dudes helping dudes with the Val. collections.

One good thing about Dead Universe comics is that they are cheap! You can buy them for less than the cost of new comics and they are harder to find so if you collect in part for the thrill of the chase, DUs are a potential goldmine.

I really don't think I'll get them all. Instead of wasting the money on hard to find VVSS's, I probably just sell them all soon.

More addictive than crack! I can't tell you how many awesome books I've picked up over the past couple of years from guys who were selling to raise money for OA.
Well, actually I could tell you but I won't.
