If you didn't get the cassette, then someone must have opened your set and removed it. If it was supposed to be complete, I'd see if I could get a refund.JonesyAZ wrote:I had just received the Premium Edition Warriors of Plasm 0 Tin Set, and the "Audio Comic" was not included in the set? The synopsis was in there though.
Also, what was the special edition comic that you were supposed to be able to get if you mailed away the certificate within these tin sets? Anyone know?
Gracias!!!
Those mail away comics were never made. I'm not sure if there was a reason given, but I do know they don't exist.

I emailed the seller about it; it's okay if he doesn't have one, since I think he threw in some bonus cards that didn't normally come with the set? It had the foil-stamped 150 card story, foil-stamped 33 character cards, all 9 Level 1 cards, all 4 Level 2 cards, a 4-card set of some other Defiant characters, and a three card "Promo" foil set. Also, the synopsis of the audio book was there.Knightt wrote:That is a bummer... the cassette is a main portent within that set.
I think I have an MP3 of it around here somewhere... anyone else have it on MP3 ?
Knightt, would you by chance be able to email me an mp3 of the story? I'd at least love to hear it sometime

Why not just post a link for the MP3 in the forum (or at least load it on a site like box.com or megaupload.com then post a link here for it so we can all download it)?
Is there some reason why it can't be posted here?

Read Plasm #1
Okay, so i've now read Plasm 0 and "Warriors of" Plasm #1. The thing that immediately strikes me is how Lorca as a character has an immediate depth after only two issues. At the end of issue 0, I was rooting for him to go to Earth with his love and take down the Org. At the end of issue 1, I have a disgust for him. He has good intentions, but only if they're HIS intentions. I can understand taking down the Org, but to take all those innocent humans and end up accidentally killing most of them, then deciding to cover up his actions...it's difficult now for me to root for him? The plot thickens!

Quick question for you though, my friend...is it possible to download this mp3? I tried to "Save Link As," but it looks as if Zook does not allow that kind of thing? No biggie if I can't, but I figured i'd ask.
Thanks again

Re: Does anyone care about Warriors of Plasm anymore?
Can someone post a working link to the MP3 file of the audio comic? It turned out that the previous link is not available anymore. Thanks.

Interesting bump. I know you didn't bump this thread so others who missed it the first time around would catch it now, but I'm glad you did. Good luck in your quest.

Three full sets of Warriors of Plasm have sold on eBay this month.

I do! I'd love to see it make a comeback and this audio sounds intriguing. I had never heard of it before. Any links still floating around our there?
I started reading Warriors of Plasm when it first came out and I was sorely disappointed that their Schism crossover never got all the way through.
I believe I've read most of the scripts or treatments for what was to happen. It really would have shaken up that universe and done some potentially interesting things.
I agree with you both. I think Defiant had much more original and interesting conceptions but the execution of Broadway was overall better. That being said, WoP is still my favorite of book in either line.

I liked WoP (but I only read about 1/2 of the story) Tried DD (a few issues), did not get it. Same for War Dancer.
I read every book (not saying much) in Broadway. I think it was very early valiant-esque.
