Cast Valiant films!

Post by shaxper »

If Valiant titles were turned into main stream films, who would play which characters?

Just some thoughts:

Bloodshot: The Rock
Rai: Jet Lee
Geoff: Haley Joel Osment
Gilad: Eric Bana
Harada: Ian McKellan
Ken Clarkson: Sean Hayes
Darque: Ben Kingsley
Solar: Brent Spiner
Magnus: Kevin Sorbo
Dr. Mirage: Garrett Wang
Armstrong: John Goodman (though it'd be tough to make him look younger than Eric Bana)
Archer: Orlando Bloom

Whatd'ya think? Tear 'em apart, if you like.

It's all in the attitude. A little make-up and some colored contacs could give him the illusion of being a bit more foreign and, as for the accent, Harada's a well-cultured world-power. It's concievable he wouldn't carry any native accent, and may have adopted an English one due to various dealings with English businesses.

But again, it's about the attitude. He has Harada's aura.

He would be a cool Harada! There are so many great Japanese actors that I don't see the need to cast someone English

Eric BANA?! No way, he sucks. I vote for Hugh jackman. the only reason for this, is i have a picture of him as van helsing, and he looks like a perfect gilad. just awesome. no orlando bloom, no ian mackellan, ben kingsley would be perfect.

Archer:???
Armstrong: John Goodman
Bloodshot: The Rock
Gilad: Hugh Jackman
Harada: Chow Yun Fat(maybe)
Magnus: Tom Cruise...Just Kidding. :D
Rai: Jet Li might work.
Ninjak: ???
Dr. Mirage: ???
Shadowman: ???
Solar: ???
Ivar: ???
Turok: ???
Erica Pierce: ???
Aric: ???
Darque: Ben Kingsley(good choice)
Neville: ???
Jillian: ???
Geomancer(which one?): ???
Ken Clarkson: ???
Tom Morgan: ???
Pete Stanchek: Ewan McGregor(or is he too old?)
Dr. Silk: ???
Gayle: ???
Andy: ???
Capt. Red: ???
Randy Cartier: ???

I'll put more in as I think of them.

I've said it before & I'll say it again:

Snoop Dogg for Shadowman (Jack Boniface)

I'll take Taye Diggs for Zero.
