Green Lantern, GL CORPS, and Wolverine: Old Man Logan have been great. Still liking Detective and Batman but post RIP and Final Crisis #6 may change things for the worse.

Old man Logan makes no sense.
Why do they do these stories in the ongoing series?
Is this going to be related to then next story?

If not then even though it may be good its seems rather irrelevant wouldnt you say?

Which is why is wait for the trade, read it as a self-contained story with no regards to continuity. Joey Q has no regards for continuity so why should I?

Old Man Logan is completely irrevelant (as are 99% of future stories). However, if you dig Marvel continuity, you'll probably get a kick out of a lot of the references.

Finished Omega the Unknown #1 - 4 and Captain Britain and MI 13 #1 - 4.

Captain Britain is good, but not my bag. I'm wondering if it gets better after the Secret Invasion tie-ins, but the issues I read didn't interest me enough to want to read on. I found myself rushing through it to return to reading Scalped.

However, it is beautifully illustrated. The panel layouts in #2 were brilliant. Parallelogram panels jutting over other panels and whatnot. I'd like to see more of that in comics.

Omega the Unknown is fantastic. I love the simple, clean art and even the lettering on this book. Although it is very slow to develop, the story is solid. I'll track down the issues I'm missing to complete this series.

I think I'm in the minority, but I miss Daniel Way on Ghost Rider. Daniel Way *gets* bikers. And to me, the appeal of Ghost Rider has always been that he is a biker super hero. The new team doesn't seem to really get bikers or even know anything about riding motorcycles. In one panel, they had him twisting the throttle forward to rev up the bike which anybody who knew anything about motorcycles would know is bass ackwards. But the writer wrote it, and it got past the artist and the editors. Even ignoring things like that, there's the storyline/writing which seems to be bringing back everything that made the latter days of the Dan Ketch era Ghost Rider spiral down into suckage with an overly complicated (and ever changing) back story and a huge cast of characters. And the whole heaven vs hell with angels rebelling against God just seems like watered down and poorly immitated Garth Ennis crap.

Daniel Way writing with Texeira and Saltares as the art team was about as perfect as Ghost Rider has ever been. And I miss that team doing the book.

I just sold all of my Fables books or I would put a pic up. Basically Snow White looks like she is half asian- half white in the story. I thought it was fine because the art was sweet and the story was great.

the first ever swamp thing story is a pretty powerful story.

it's cool, when they catch lightning in a bottle like that.

i guess the artis t had just broken up with his girlfriend, so the theme really resonated with him.

I'm not sure it would be; It's got some very rough spots here and there but you've read so much of what I'd consider the good stuff lately that Preacher's one of the only one's left to suggest.

I doubt the college 'Veen would have been offended by it, but I would keep it away from anyone under the age of 12 or so. It's not at all graphic, but the F-bomb drops every chance Ennis has . . .

And the "God" character is far more like the OT jerk-god, not the NT to modern caring One.

Otherwise, just a great story with John Wayne in it.
