It does. Written by Seaborn Adamson, it says that Phil, Faith and Archer read them. There is also a discussion about the three universes. Ours, the one in Alpha and Omega and the final Valiant universe.

Reminds me. Magnus 0 has a little tribute to Russ Maning on the first page. In the cityscape there is a big billboard sign for Manning Systems. When things exist on a meta-level, usually they don't exist on the comic level.

Nice.

I knew I didn't imagine it, heh.

I would buy anything about these characters, sadly.

True, if his Magnus stories are canon in VH1, then it breaks some sort of fourth or fifth wall if he were to actually exist in the universe as well. Just like Shooter and Layton don't exist in VH1.

Good catch. I have that trade somewhere, I need to read that. Seaborn would have loved this board :). I'd love to incorporate some parts of the Valiant Continuity Bible into my fanzine or do a remastered edition at some point.

:thumb: This whole thread has basically been an exercise in head canon. Trying to create cohesion from a bunch of semi-compatible stories. Can be fun though.
