Divinity #1 price/sales tracking

Here's a Divinity 1 and 2 for 39.99 obo. This is the only first print available on eBay at the moment. Even if a few more emerge there, they'll probably be snapped up quickly, depending on the asking price.

I went to 4 shops the last few days. Zero divinity #1s.
I think this might be the 1st hot book.

My shop had an extra copy of No. 1 the week after it came out, so I picked up that one, too. And I stopped in a different shop about an hour from my house last week and they had two regular No. 1s and two 1:10 variants. I got one of each so as not to seem piggish but I have thought about going back for the others.

Covers in a lcs in a pile behind newer
Issues. If you have lcs that pile older
Issues behind newer ones you might be
Able to get lucky. Picked up the last
Two third prints on another site.
I wonder if all this valiant price hike

The strong fundamentals on Divinity #1 going up in price were present before I started this thread. Did the thread accelerate things? There's no disputing that. I had no idea that a buying spurt would occur because of this thread and prices would rise quickly like they did, and I've no idea where the price on this book will be in one or six months. Still, I started this thread because of what I saw happening with this book in the market prior to starting it.

It's funny, when this first came out I was at my local comic story and they had two stacks of them (at least 50 comics) and I only purchased one. I wish I had a time machine

Yeah, they're gonna need to do something big with it at some point. But I gotta believe that's the point of creating a character such as this. I can see Ivar and Divinity having a lot of synergy as properties.

My bad. I saw 'ended' and interpreted as sold. I think his $20 listing was a BIN listed for 30 days, so that colored my interpretation.

I started stock piling Divinity about a month ago and I'm really glad I did. Not sure if I should let a few go now or hold on to them for a little longer. Thoughts?
