Understand, and fair is fair. You and I likely could have gone quite a ways on this. As there were bids, the 2 min past 10:00 doesn't apply.

I just wasn't sure if the finish-line was 9:59:59 or 10:00:59.

If I understand correctly, the bidding would keep going until one of you stopped for two minutes... either at 10:03 or midnight or whenever.

It is my own mistake, I didn't understand the format correctly. I looked at the clock as was like, "well, the auction is over. Guess we better stop bidding since it ended 1-2 min ago..."

I read the "or until 2 minutes have passed after 10PM EST without a bid" as if no one had bid at all (admittedly, my logic made no sense to me, since if there were no bids at all, what good would +2 min make?)

Anyhow, I would have only gone to about the $1,400-$1,500 range, and I am certain that ZERO would have matched.
