Another reader who enjoyed it here, and as a #1 probably one of my favourites from VEI so far.
I thought it set up the character and key concepts, and explained who the Eternal Warrior is even if not why (so I can understand the reservations of jmatt).
That said, that appreciation was based on knowing the origin already, so it was an informed read of course.
