dcbs always gets them out a month late, I asked them about it last year and they were like we will get them to you, but it takes a little longer cause we try not to waste too much man power on it due to the fact they are freee to you

And I told them at work that there was no way I could come in that day...
I also asked if it would be okay to have time off for my daughter's graduation...
