What kind of incentive stuff...

Dynamite Entertainment does the same thing. 11 copies for the first two issues (#0 and #1) of Battlestar Galactica. To make matters worse, they're just "phoning in" variants now the "sketch" cover for BSG #1 isn't a sketch at all, it's a black and white version of the cover.betterthanezra wrote:Overboard yeah a littleMagnusRF wrote:Speaking of the Zoom Suit books, I just counted 24 different covers listed on ComicBase.![]()
24 Different Covers
All for three issues? Thats just silly.![]()

I guess I didn't get into the books enough to catch this. I read the first two, but wasn't really paying much attention as they didn't do much for me. I nkow there was some sort of code, but never was interested enough to try and break it. How did the whole thing work?k_c_collectibles wrote:Incentive books sould be cool! I think that send-away books could be done like John Taddeo did by entering codes from all the books needed to qualify for a free comic (plus shipping charges). That way you do not have to physically remove something from your comics to qualify for a send-away book.
I think making a game of the variants would be a great idea. Just like Zoom Suit, only the true fans would get in on the action. You'd have to actually read the books to get one.

Wouldn't Beck be the CC Beck rather than the Midnight Vulture variety?
