Bragging rights - your best Dead Universe deal of late?

Comic universes no longer active, Bravura, Continuity, CrossGen, Future, Malibu, Ultraverse... and others that are 'no longer with us' today (or only recently brought back).

I was frelling shocked when I grabbed it and there was a second copy behind it.

$2.50 is a little more than I like to pay for Ultraverse issues but I hardly see this one pop up on eBay much less run across them in the wild.

This mirrors last week when I found two copies of Zero Patrol #1 Newsstand ($1.50 cover price) in the backissue boxes.
That Elven book is so goofy, they call it a foil edition, but there isn't a hint of foil on it!

Mile High used to use the picture of the "foil" edition as their stock photo for Elven #1 regular version, used to really irritate me back when I was looking for that book. Looks like they have it fixed now.

Whoa... I can finally see these. Just like mine :thumb:

These books are from Jim Shooter's 7 comic that was put out a while back. A few are starting to show up in circulation. Ryan over on VCS is doing a project of them but they are already signed. I scored an unsigned one and now VS has two.... kewl

Bunch of THE NEW EAGLE UK
1990 ~ 1992

Good run of 25 issues, half are the monthly versions.

All for £5.00? Plus £2.75 postage.

When they arrived ~ I saw that the postage was £7.79. SO they guy lost money on these.
He emailed me to see if they had arrived. I said thankyou ~ and gave 5 5 star rating.

If you don't know, the end of run Eagle ~ starting with the change to publishing monthly are lower print run, untill the title dies out.

I won a bunch of auctions off this one guy. I ended up paying almost as much for shipping as I did for the comics.

Lots of Lightning premiums.

There was more. These are the most interesting. I am building a decent hoard of those Arcadia TPBs.

Just picked up a Prudence & Caution 1 Spanish for $3.00. Also got an Italian language Prime 2 for $3.00. :D

The Prime 2 is kinda cool, it actually has Prime 2, Mantra 2 and The Solution 2 in the one book.

To what item do you refer? The Lightning premiums (of which I have several spares) or the Arcadia TPBs (of which I have several extra but am wanting to keep them all)?
