my can talk a big game, but if this book goes on ebay someone on here will buy it..no doubt about that...

doesnt this reek of "I am taking my ball and going home?"
of course, but hypothetically speaking it wouldn't go for much if we didn't bid on the vcvss.

hypothetically, yeah, but it doesn't happen. People want it, people bid.

Steve, did you ever find out who had gotten the #5 of Shadowman 8?
It's Solar... Don't call him Dr. Phil!

in all fairness i think i should speak up here.

i'm actually thinking of selling all my vcvss books including shadowman #8. i mean they're cool and all that but they just cause so much drama.

i see the new ones come out and due to the limited numbers available not every one has a fair chance to get one and of course i'm part of the problem since i've gotten all of them except the eternal warrior #5.

so with that as my thought process i'm probably going to be passing on the vcvss books from now on.

but here i sit with books that have been sold for over $100 each...so if i sell them do you guys look at me the same way as bendy?

i surely don't want that but i'd love to finish off my run by either trading or selling them.

it's a sticky situation to be sure. i guess it comes down to what the intentions were when the book was purchased.

i never intended to "flip" them...but here i am considering it just the same.

Do what you want with them...they are your books and dont let us change the way you want to act. If you dont want have something to remind you of this community then sure sell it...What does it matter what we think?

Will we think of you different, some will no matter what you do. It all depends on how you do it...

But it does sound like you never really understood what this was about inthe first place...oh well...

no, i totally understood what the books were and what they meant.

the magnus means a lot more to me then the others simple because of the history of the particuar issues involved.

i also have the utmost respect for the time and effort that each person put into their vcvss project.

selling them has just been something that's been floating in my head for a few months now...it doesn't mean that i will sell them and i don't want to string anyone along either.

i was just trying to gauge the reaction of the community at large.

i understand that if i sell them then peoples opinions of me might change and i'm ok with that...all i can do is what i think is right and not worry about what others think. but that doesn't mean i want to alienate anyone either...maybe i'm too easy going but i seriously have no problems with anyone here and i enjoy popping into the chatroom and just hangin' with people i consider to be buddies.

anyway, i guess i can relate to where everyone is coming from...if i saw someone who'd been a member of the community buy a new bloodshot vcvss and then flip it for $150 the next month i'd have a pretty poor opinion of them.
