OK, I have messaged directly to every person who'd asked for the price of the book. My subs are now covered, I have 5 copies to go, but I messaged about 12-13 people. First 5 to say yes and pay will get it. I won't be offering it to anyone else until I know what happens to the 5 copies.

Oh, and I am out of the country as of tonight, so I will be paying attention whenever I am on wi fi on the beach :)

Coming to this thread very late, I realize, but if it works out that you should still have a copy available I'd be interested, depending on the price.
