Damn, I decided to start collecting all the Golds, Reds, Platinums, Polka dots, etc back in March. By the time I was done I spent over $375. (and this doesn't include a CEAR that the past that didn't cost me anything and a trade for a pink Harby)

And don't get me started on Valiant Voices....those put a little hole in my pocket too....I'm not even sure that dude is including Voices in his auction.

Well I had a few to begin with and also got from a buddy in here. Then I saw a guy selling 1-16 on ebay bin for 200.00 or best offer. I offered 50 bucks for the hell of it and to my surprise he accepted. I was hoping he meant "1-19" but it was really 1-16. I might add it was $15 shipping.

A fellow member here pointed me to ebay where 2 of the last 3 were included in a lot w/ some so-so commons. So in order to win that lot I paid a total of 38.84.

Another cool member offered me a very sweet deal for the last issue I need.

So in the end it probably cost me roughly a little over $110-117.

It would have been great to get them for cover! :thumb:

I might add - I never would have thought to collect Valiant Voice when they came out. I'd buy them every once in a while. When I did buy them I'd use them as coasters for plates on my bed or some good bathroom reading then trash it. Little did I know they would be a little tricky for me to track down. Every try calling a LCS and trying to describe what a Valiant Voice was?
