Population went up by 1 to 57 copies + 6 CGC SS. There's not much recent activity. The latest sale was on 10/10 for $375. There are a few copies on sale on eBay with asking prices out of line compared to recent sales.

1 new copy was added to the population. As of 01/10/2011: 58 in CGC 9.8 Universal, 6 in CGC 9.8 Signature.

No completed sales recently on eBay. Dr Eclipse had a couple of auctions up ($750, and later lowered to $600) but they ended without any bids.

I just purchase a Harbinger #1 CGC 9.8 for $355 including shipping. Do you think that the price for this book will keep dropping? I made offers to eBay seller tripleheetheet but he does not accept anything under $1,000. What is the price support for this book? I'll see hovering around the $400-$500, your thoughts...

I really doubt that will happen. Prices on this book have continually gone lower and lower. More copies are getting the 9.8 grade while demand is going down.

I hope I'm wrong, I'd love to see the prices of Valiants go back up but I don't think it'll happen.

The supply of Harb #1s in CGC 9.8 seem to be dwindling as of late. I suspect many are truely going in to personal collections to be kept there for quite a while.
