The Visitor vs The Valiant Universe $2.50 variant cover #1 AND #2 and finally, Shadow Man #1 Variant (no price) cover. OH and 'The Punisher Magazine #2 for $2.50.

I paid cover for everything. The Shadow Man has one spine crease in the center The Visitor #1 is in GREAT condition, the #2 has a few spine creases and the cover does not sit too well but hey, cover ya know !!

Not too bad for a Knightt's work...

$4.00 at local shop NM- Gold Holo Ultraverse 1 cover.
Not my favorite title, but I just cant pass up the Silver and Gold Holos.
So many memories of dealers selling them for $50-100 while I was in college. Its a hoarding compulsion habit now.

But back on track... I am VERY pleased with this MINT Arcadia Week 1 - X (Black and white interior, Press Proof Edition). I have NEVER seen one and personally I LOVE those CGW. Just a different quality and idea that makes them each very unique and good looking.

So I filled heeps of needs at the london trade show.
I will never buy ebay again!

Big thankyou to Draco and Drift for getting me down their early.
I went in, at about 1115, it was really relaxed, just a few guys going through boxes. Everyone setting up.

At 12 the doors openned??? people were queing outside

, I just walked in 45 min early and no one stopped me.

The three rooms were packed! I lasted 10 /15 min and left. JUst to many people in their own world, not pushing but bumping and impossing on yuour space, going through the same box as you at the same time.

Good for Draco and Drift, but I was a bit overwelmed before the people came in, this was just intense.

Anyhow, picked up 3 solar issue one, 3 xo issue one, and a high grade solar 10 in amazing condition 9.2/9.4? all for £.50 each. Strangers silver holograme for also £0.50.

I went back about 4 hours latter after seeing other friends and picked up some stuff from Draco's and Drift's store. I thought I would get to other shops before as Draco and Drifts shop would not be selling rare valiants for £.50. But I have to admitt their price on vol 2 armorine 1,2,3 we very very good prices. I was very tempted, if I had a spare issue 4, I would have taken them in a heartbeat.

Filled alot of tekno at their shop and found elsewere Defiant all for £.25 each.

I did fill starman first series, 4 issues, so any two too go. One swampthing issue. The animal man issues I picked up were doubles

, I have to update my need list.

all the 'rare' hyped comics of the 90's were their in .25p boxes or 50p. Comics that people in my shop used to complain if they didn't get a 2'/3 copies as ordered. One guy used to order 10 of some stuff, now its in discound bins, you could buy 10 for the orginal cover price

which animal man were doubles, Im looking to finnish my Morrison run as well and may have some doubles or something to trade? If not I could buy them if you dont want doubles.

Well firstly it was quality to hook up with the one and only Phantom. once again.
It was brief but still super cool.

I did pick me up some DU goodness for small change too.

My favourite was a couple of Malibu books. Necropscope ith hologram on middle in beautiful condition and a squarebound Twilight Zone v2 issues also with hologram in middle.
A wicked innovation Maze Agency tpb i traded.
A bunch of Solar 1-10 ( 10 2nd print).
A handful of Vh2 including some pinted covers.
Also some Magic and killer instinct too.

A virgin Sq bound, cant remeber name, will post later.
Im thinking from now on im gonna lay them out like a sale thread so you can see exactly what i picked up and laugh at some of the tat.

So pics to come later.

Grabbed a few for Drift too, some later X-O issues in the 60's and a few Acclaim books.

I won an auction for Secret Wars #1 for $.99 cents... sad thing is that I thought it was for the whole 1-12.

I was pretty bummed but then again, no auction like that would have gone for $.99 cents with issue #8 in it (what was I thinkin') but that is ok, as I have a couple #8s. Now to rummage up the rest I guess, but I honestly thought it was for all 12 issues.

I guess I can end this with a... I bought a Scavengers signed edition #1 from Triumphant comics (book #0158) for $3.95. I thought that was a pretty good deal.
