I prob shouldn't post this, as I have yet to actually get it, but I will when I return to the store midweek. I have located a VF-NM copy of Dr. Solar Man of the Atom, by Gold Key, Issue #1, which with my employee discount, I will get for around 20 dollars, perhaps a slight bit less once I reassess the value and haggle a bit. I'm so caught up w my VALIANT books that I am now looking at VH2/3 and Gold Key...as well as doubles and Variants, of course. Btw, that Bloodshot variant from VH2 is a great cover and one of the harder VH2 early issues to find in good condition, least around these parts.

I am curious - why are these valuable? Why/what makes these a collectors item? Thought I'd ask since I am probably not the only person who is wondering this. Thanks QRubiks-Q-Bert wrote:I don't expect alot of people to appreciate the deal I just got on these. I just got the game and guide for $26 shipped. The game itself can catch $30-$45. The guide by itself can get just as much. Amazing deal.

They were fairly underproduced, especially the strategy guide. They are actually cute, and fun to play, and have a big cult following.cjmiller2213 wrote:I am curious - why are these valuable? But, there's been a whole series. So, you gotta get them all, right?
We wouldn't know anything about that though here at VF.com would we?

Fatale: Inherit The Earth TPB
$4.80
Not sure if it's a good deal or not. I know the Hardcover is pricey, but don't know about the soft.
