As always, great issue. I'm not a Doma fan, though. Although, the events of this issue may lead to that changing.

It's entirely possible that I was not in the right mood for it, but the latest issue was the first time I felt 'meh' after reading it...

I would not say "meh" (LOVED the colors on this one) but story-wise it was building up, 99% of it. I really liked knowing more about Doma. And the scene at the meeting was messed up (pun intended, definitely).
A good read, just not the usual WOWOWOWOW that comes out almost every month, i think.
My 2 cents. :thumb:

Oh, dude - there is no question that the art wasn't amazing as usual - I just felt like not much progression happened in the story. I didn't outright dislike it, there was good stuff in there.

You're only missing one arc (16-19) that is more about the quiet before the storm. With some juicy revelations. And we're still in it, 2 issues into the follow up. :thumb:

I enjoyed the last issue. Hickman books always hit the slow build at the 20ish mark. 1

Crap, I keep forgetting to read the latest issue - it's lost in a pile of other comics & I never think to go look for it when I'm at home lately. Augh!!!

Haha!

I just picked up #24 today, so there's a good chance I'll remember to read the pair of them soon.

I usually take my comics to work to read on breaks, but I never take EoW's because of all the pristine *whiteness* of the covers... I don't want to get a lick of dirt anywhere near them!

Well, no EoW for 2 months. :(

This arc was not as awesome (yes, awesome) as all the others before, but it gave us #22 which is one of my top 5 issues in this series, for sure.
The heads are gathering and the *SQUEE* is about to hit the fan. Next arc will be back to awesomeness, I bet.

I thought these two posts occuring back to back was pretty funny. It looks like 25 isn't coming out until 4/20. I wonder if it's oversized. Either way, it's always worth the wait when this book is released.
