If you're sqeamish, don't go into the delivery room, wait in the lounge.

It's not bad. I get queasy pretty easily, but since it was my own kid, it didn't bother me a bit. I couldn't leave my wife's side for that.

First thing this morning I was watching a mother dingo yak up whole pieces of meat (and other stuff) to feed her young on The National Geographic channel.

I don't know why I posted that, as it doesn't help svair at all.....

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

Heck, my black Lab years back did that when she had her pups... at least, she tried to (we had to stop her so we could cut the cords.)

With my wife, everyone came to watch..... Grandparents, ME, my brother, nurses, doctors..... It was like a F'n party in that delivery room!

The delivery room isn't a bad place to be just keep your eye on the baby when it's out and don't look back toward your wife. I saw things that will haunt me forever. Remember eyes on the baby and all will be ok.

Sounds like all you were missing was the Discovery Channel broadcasting it.
