I just noticed this.
At the bottome of the article, http://www.komikwerks.com./news.php?id=429 the trademark & copywright has a ?.
"MAGNUS TM & ©? Random House, Inc. Used under license by Classic Media, Inc. All rights reserved."
It just seems like they are not too sure about who has the rights when you put a ? in there.
