You're right its doomed without solarBodaZoffa wrote:I don't know how someone would re-launch the universe without Solar. He was the cornerstone of all the books. If given a choice of only two, I could live without Turok. If only one could be obtained though, it would be a hard decision for me to choose between Magnus and Solar.dino wrote:You're right its doomed without solarBodaZoffa wrote:I don't know how someone would re-launch the universe without Solar. I could write it without solar, but I'd need to have hard illusions and the reader's imagination.Daniel Jackson wrote:If given a choice of only two, I could live without Turok. And I hate to be mean about these things, but can DB use a different avatar? I keep thinking greg.
I like memories of greg... but seeing the avatar is a constant false hope that greg may, one day, return to the boards... but who am I trying to kid? Even if greg did return, he'd probably hide away after he saw what a mess I'd made of the message boards...

Simple Solution - Destroyer for Solar (he was created in the Valiant Universe so he is technically a Valiant property). Torque - son of Android Smasher for Magnus and Andy - cousin of Dino Killer for Turok.dickybendy wrote:But no Solar , Magnus, and Turok tho, am I correct?
That would technically work although they could still use the same characters and just change their names (Magnum Android Smasher maybe) and alter their appearances slightly. I believe that is legal also.
Just my $.02.

Not good enough for any fan.k_c_collectibles wrote:Simple Solution - Destroyer for Solar (he was created in the Valiant Universe so he is technically a Valiant property). Phil Selenski losing the red suit for solar.
Magnus dies some way or another without actually mentioning his name.
Andy could work... if you had a similar death of turok without mentioning his name outright.
What you do then is leave 4020 where it should be... in the distant future. Using rare specials or yearbooks for events of Torque, Takashi, Raiguy, and the rest of the starwatchers and everything else. (And only stories that need to be told for other purposes. A Timewalker story would be okay. A Bloodshot 5 type story would also work.)

You HAVE to understand, I AM A SLOB.
It's because I have to be detailed down to the INCH at work. It's my rebellion.
NOTHING I have is in order, and my collection hasn't been in order since 1992!
I don't want to PROMISE anything that I can't find, cause that just makes people mad.
