I just wanted to share my very positive experience in dealing with Ed.
I had originaly ordered the signed Harby #1 set and the XO #6 CD cover, when the books arrived (quickly) they were well packaged and in good shape with the exception of the Harby #1 pullbox, it was not in great shape and you could tell it was not due to shipping, just a rough copy like we have all seen on the shelf. Many times they look like that fresh from Diamond, I think you all know what I'm talking about.
I brought the condition of the book to Ed's attention and he was easy to communicate with and made good on it right away, not only did he replace the damaged book and cover the shipping, he also included a another copy of the regular Harb #1 cover signed by Dysart and a copy of XO #2 second print (which I didn't have).
I could not be more pleased in my dealing with Ed and would gladly do so in the future, stellar custumer service in every way.
