I think I got it off the 'bay around 2001.

What exactly is it? Is it one of those books that went to retailers to give them an idea of what they were ordering?

It detailed what was then called the Ultraverse Spine - the big lead-in into the Ultraforce/Avengers Crossover that eventually led to --- Bullsh*t September.

New post up on the Rune ashcans ... it kicked the checklist off the front page! I have it set to show 10 posts so it was inevitable. Once I get about 20 posts or so on there I'd like to try to contact some of the original Ultraverse people and see if they have some scoops.

I've noticed that when you google "Ultraverse" my blog is on Page 4. A few days ago it was on Page 18, before that I couldn't find it just by googling "Ultraverse."

What makes it move up? Page hits?

Just playing with it makes it move up.

Lol - activity makes it move up - so either you have alot of activity or the other sites have very little. I support the lots of activity theory myself.

Hey depluto, Thanks for such a great site. I've slowly picked up my Valiant/Acclaim, and Impact comics. Ive been debating the Ultraverse and Continuity and it looks like I'll be grabbing some Ultraverse now.

If you are interested in Continuity, I'd say go for that one too. The art is pretty good and there's some pretty interesting stories there too.

I looked for an Elven foil version for years and never found one. Then one day I just happened to be flipping through books at my LCS and they had two!

I have a couple of these myself. Have had them for sometime. I dont think that I have gotten a new Ultraverse 'find' in a while... Does anyone scour eBay for I-Verse finds anymore ?
