Makes me wonder what other goodies will pop up at the upcoming Cons ?
My LCS doesn't carry any of this new launch, so I am always waiting for my mail-order. Can't buy them if they don't stock
Most, if not all comic shops will order any book you want from Previews if you ask them. Has to be 3 months in advance, of coarse
Well i must be the single oddity in the comic universe. The LCS owner here will not order 'new stuff' unless there are at least 10 orders.

That's crazy. Sounds like a lazy owner to me. I guess I forget how many bad LCS's are out there.

When the new comics come in and there is a single, oddball book, the guys at my LCS check my order form first because they have a pretty good guess where the order came from.

That's a brilliant plan for chasing away business. The "I can't be bothered" model. Swell.

Which is at least one reason there are less LCS's than in the past.

Indeed. Not to mention the "If it isn't DC or Marvel, I won't sell it" model. I don't find that too often but it's a mindset that some owners have.

My LCS doesn't exactly have that mentality. He is more than glad to order anything in the Previews but he orders very conservatively for his on-the-shelf stock, especially beyond DC and Marvel. Even Image and Dark Horse are pretty tight.

Is this tri-fold the same size as the comic? It almost looks bigger...

I'm hoping to bind all the new DH books once enough issues come out - if this is the same size as the comic, I'll have to snag one to include it in my binding!

Cripes, I missed this post. Sorry, man.
