I think Immortal Enemy if he applies here, but as pretty much any Valiant character minus the GK3 count at this point, I choose:

Some of the best characters out there are obscure. The first two that pop to mind might not be so much "obscure" as underused.

Well yeah, but I could say that about a lot of characters who aren't obscure too. I thought we were talking inside the comic book circle of people.
