I don't think I've ever tried either one of them.
strombolis are pretty good, not sure if I ever had a calzone from a REAL pizza place.

My wife and I used to get those P'Zone things from Pizza Hut until one time we both got sick after eating one. I think we both had a mild case of food poisoning. Never again.
Ugh...I hate when that happens.

I got sick after eating some chicken and rice soup years ago and I've never been able to touch the stuff since.
Maybe you just ate the wrong kind of bird?

Same thing with me and Stove-Top brand stuffing...

Some people spend their whole lives believing in fairy tales, usually because they don't want to give up the fabulous prizes.

It's pizza in a different shape, for the most part. I had a local place that made KILLER strombolis' with ham, pepperoni, sauce, & cheese. They are no longer with us, unfortunately.

OK, I am making myself hungry now...

-slym
no longer with us? did they eat at the fatal rose?

adding fatal to the name of the restaurant was magnus' idea...he's not so good with marketing...as displayed by his choice of wearing a skirt as a battle suit....

(wait for it...)

Penguin: The other white meat.
Wait, a penguin, or a "Pengie?" I took it to mean you were referring to one of Sean's sculpted collectibles, not like "March Of The Penguins" penguin.

Any of the Pengies are MORE than well-equipped to deal with some big spider.

honestly, i hate the fact that they ever changed his outfit. it appeared to be nothing more than a hope for a small *blip* to increase sales. very un-valiant of them.

but i love to see the reaction that gets! 8-)

You can call a skirt a tunic. You can call a skirt a kilt. But it's really still a skirt.

This thread has become epic. I love how awesome the Valiant Entertainment site has become. I am getting my friends into Valiant by lending out some comics and having them read scans off the PC. I want new Valiant material so bad!

You should be able to find some to the TPBs for pretty cheap, like the Harby, XO and Rai.
