I would have agreed with you a week ago.geocarr wrote:By the time you subtract for fees, I believe you might get as much or more seling your books here as you would on EBay. We are most of the people on EBay buying the Valiant books listed there. If you think you have books that would grade 9.8, you would probably get more for them slabbed CGC than raw, but otherwise I think it depends on the book.
Anyone recognize the name of the buyer for images' raw Harby 1 a couple of days ago?
The Valiant market right now really is in a weird state and a good time to sell.

Who is Greg Buls? Seems Like I should know that name. Somewhere in the dark recesses of my mind it seems familiar.
BTW did you ever start selling your CGC's on the bay? Point me?

I worked for him in 1999. Interesting experience all around.
I used to pre-order from Kingpin. Maybe you helped pack my shipments back in the day. Btw, I have some damages I'd like to complain about

Also, it sucked when they went bankrupt. I had to use my pre-order $$ for books in inventory or lose it. Remember I picked up an extra Magnus 12 and X-O #1's....course the prices were jacked up back then...so yeah, it still sucks.

It's entirely possible that I packed it.....

Don't worry, he still owes me about $250 too....Also, it sucked when they went bankrupt. I had to use my pre-order $$ for books in inventory or lose it. Remember I picked up an extra Magnus 12 and X-O #1's....course the prices were jacked up back then...so yeah, it still sucks.
