So I picked up 2 issues of Ruse today for $1 each. (#9, #12 both part of Waid's run).

The question is, are they story-arc based, or can I read these 2 independantly and get teh big picture? If so, I'll read'em and evaluate. If not, I'll find the others before I start checking them out.

I would wait. You're better off reading Ruse from beginning to end.
