That's the same way I made my money. I just got the $2 and then made myself a sandwich and took it to school.
In Junior High I got $10 a week for lunch. But I knew a kid who was an office assistant who would steal lunch tickets and sell them for 25 cents each. I would use the tickets for lunch plus cookies, doughnuts, milkshakes.....and at the end of the week I still had about $8 for comics. Which would be about 8 comics in those days.

I would be surprised if anything new gets put out on a monthly basis before 2009.

What an enterprising young man, selling lunch tickets that fell off the back of a truck.

VEI is a business, not a charity. If they put out a product that appeals to someone they'll buy it, if the product doesn't appeal to that person they won't. Hardcover reprints of old comics don't appeal to everyone, nothing wrong with that. :?

2007 is almost over , any chance it will be up before January 01st?
Been wondering that myself for a long time. Especially since their Harbinger HC ad in Previews all those months ago (which is also on VEI.com) says to check the site for information on a small list of Valiant characters (most, if not all, are the ones in litigation). Any such information has yet to appear on there. :hm:

VEI has only produced a hardcover so far, not a TPB.

All my sincerest apologies, Todd. My day sucked and my night didn't get any better - I had no reason to take that the wrong way, and yet I did.

I'm sorry.

Don't worry about it. Been there and done that myself a few times myself.
