If it was insured, and no less marked "fragile," then you BETTER get your insured value from it! And how can it be "packaged wrong?" There's a box in a box...?????

Take a copy of the eBay invoice AND the auction page, and make your claim. If they deny it, take it to the postmaster ABOVE the *SQUEE*-munch that denied it.
