Hellboy the Fury #3 variant. This just came out 2 days ago. Retailers had to order a minimum of 20 copies and also had to order as many #2s and #3s as #1s (i.e. if they ordered 20 copies of #1s, they had to order 20+ copies of #2s and 20+ copies of #3s. It also features a major turning point in the story (google for spoiler alert). My LCS only orders like 3 copies per month so no luck here. Up to $183 with 50 min left.

If you are a flipper, keep an eye on The Vault #1 and Severed #1. I think both came out last week.

Caution: I haven't read either so I can't say what I think of the potential longevity. In fact, both are minis with Vault being only 3 issues. Therefore, I wouldn't bother speculating on either.

Thanks for the tip. I sold a Severed #1 for $9 yesterday. I read it and it's pretty good. I think there's limited upside due to the fact it's a mini-series. I got another copy coming from DBCS.

I think the new Justice League 1 will be hot shortly. It's selling extremely well on eBay. A store owner told me he tried to reorder it about a week ago, and was unable to lock any in.

Of course, it remains to be seen how many Justice League 1s this seller will list on eBay. They listed something like 800 total Ultimate Comics Fallout 4s, and have now dropped the price on that book from 3.45 to 2.24.

They quickly sold 39 Justice League 1s this morning at 3.15 ea, and now have made 60 copies available at 3.45 ea. Will they break out hundreds more at this price?

Less than 15 minutes after I posted this, they sold 100 copies of this book to one buyer at 2.24 each. Quite a sale.

Hard to predict that was going to be a hit. I noticed TFAW is the best spot to buy/pre-order cheap Dark Horse variants from Star Wars and Usagi Yojimbo that local stores would charge $10-19 for. They sell for mostly under cover.
